My baby is 22 months old, weighing 12 kgs. Has pain near the ear and jaw. Its cuz of teething I suppose. Shes crying v much, unlike her usual self. And cuz of the pain has fever as well. What dose of combiflam syrup should be given.

Dear parents, first of all, if your child is crying excessively, then you should consult a pediatrician personally and tell a detailed history. Bcoz so many reasons of crying are there. We can not assume that it may be due to only teething. You can give paracetamol 15 mg per kg per dose maximum 3 to 4 times a day for pain and fever as well.(check which formulation and strength you are using, and adjust dose accordingly. But you should check once if your child is not improving. Thank you.
